Chase Allen Berg

david, chantel, chase and i all stayed in one room at a hotel in bismarck when we were down there for my dad's heart surgery....i believe it was april 2007 (my dad didnt know bout eryn being pregnant yet) anyhoo....i believe it was the night after his surgery we bought guitar hero and some beer and a good time since we could relax cuz the surgery went well. chantel and chase were pretty drunk that night. they had a beer can pyramid going.  chase ended up wanting to sleep with a garbage can next to him but i wouldnt let him or something like that. i think the garbage can was full. so when he did end up having to go puke his guts out, he ended up leaving a trail to the bathroom. we covered it with towels and plastic bags and left it that way   i kinda felt bad for him and at the same time....it was really funny.

i remmeber the night we had a scavenger hunt at garets and well chase didnt come but later when we had to leave

me kenny casey scarlet kay jeff and a bunch of other people went to springlake park.

so i called chase to meet us there

and like i always i ran to him

and well it was really cold outside so me and kay used him as our jacket cuz he was always warm =]

then we just layed there on the ground looking at stars

whne it got to be about 3 o clock in the morning we finally decided to head to kennys

where we played truth or dare

 

and i dared chase to kiss jordan wells haha

yeah he acted like he was mad

but secretly i dont think he was haha

the thing i miss most about chase is he was always there

and there is no one in the world who could love me like chase did

he did so much for me

he went out of his way to do the samll things and the really big things that would make you happy

he bought me gifts on every holiday

like valentines day he bought me my favorite stuffed animal..A COW!!

and everytime he i was in his car he would have this water with grape flavoring in it for me...

he sent me text messages everyday with love songs replacing my name in them

he would makes sure i was eating everyday and asked m e how my day went

he would send me randomn pictures of really weird things

and anytime that i ever told him i couldnt take it anymore

and that i wanted to die

he would call me and ask me where i was

and he would be there in 5 minutes no matter where i was

and he would go out of his way to do everything just to make me happy

and everyday of my life it hurts to think of those things

i almost sometimes do everything i can to forget about them

becuase i cant handle it i breakdown

all i wish is that i couldve did more for him

and like i said no one could ever love me like chase did

i remmeber the day my mom told me i couldnt go to caseys cabin, but ofcourse i went anyway and i asked chase to go with me, on our way up there we saw this antelope so we stopped and took pictures of it.

then chase was like "hold on i know how to make it come to us"

so he took out this plastic bag and started waving it , and made these weird calling noises

and ofcourse the antelope didnt come to us it ran away haha!

 

i remember the day chase told me he was gonna be a dad. he asked me if i would go for a drive with him...just me, not david...so i did. his exact words were "you know how you had to file bankrupcy and chantel got an IC...well its my turn to fuck up. Eryn is pregnant" i was in shock. my response to him was "thats kinda of a permanent fuck up".  i felt bad for him cuz he was so young and had his whole life ahead of him....but i was excited too cuz i was gonna be an aunty....and a little annoyed cuz im the oldest and i was suppose to make my parents into grandparents first. oh well. Gabers is such an adorable little guy and i love my nephew more than anything. i just wish chase woulda chose to stay here to watch him grow up...

so the last time i hung out with chase it was on our roadtrip back from bsimark, and he knows that im in love with cows! =P so knowing chase he had to take me to ser the giant cow! anwya on our way up it said please donate a dollar so chase sat there for 15 trying to make the change into a tini little hole with ofcource he didnt make any in anyway, then as we got up there he made me take picture hugging it and he was convince that he wanted to get up on the high rocks just to take a picture of the cows back side, so he did and well 15 minutes later i was wondering where he was so i got up there and looked for him on every side and couldnt find in.. then as i got to the top he was standing right there and i was like what the hell where were you and ofcourse he just ignored it and smiled

 

or our many great walmart trips

i always made him give me piggy back rides inside and well oneday he decied he wanted to run well that didnt work out to well and les just say we both fell flat on our faces..and even just our many aventures of playing  with toys, getting stuck in the ball pits and hanign langeraie in the freezer doors i could pretty much go on forever

 

The last time

the last time i saw chase was at arbys i saw him pull up and i screamed chase!

i ran up to him and gave him the biggest hug and jumped into his arms and screamed ive missed you, then we went inside got food ofcourse, him and reyn were sitting at there own table so i started chucking curly fries at them at first he had no idea where they were comming from but when he did he looked at me at smiled and he ate the curly fries we threw?

then as we left he said hay give me a hug

so i gave him my last hug and walked out the door

and ever since then i could never go back in arbys again

 

There was one time when Chase and I went to go eat at Chilli's when he was down in Fargo. We walked in and the guy was all "I'll put you guys over here so you can have some privacy." Chase and I laughed. The guy thought we were a couple. =P So Chase being Chase...he was all trying to hold my hand. I had a strawberry daiquiri and he was all worried I was not going to be able to bring him back to the hotel. I told him it wouldn't kick in till later. Oh so after you drop me off ok thats fine. I also remember the time he called and told me Eryn was pregnant. I was with Tim(but wasn't dating yet) watching tv. I wanted to cry, but I didn't want to do it in front of Tim. I felt bad that Chase had a kid on the way when he was still so young himself. But he was a great dad to Gabe. God I miss Chase soo much!

the last time i saw my brother was when he stopped by to pick up some money and get his work shirt that he left at my house. he went out the door and a few minutes later walked back in to give me my hanger back. if i would have known that was gonna be the last time i saw my little brother i woulda told him that i love him and probably given him the biggest hug ever......
